Extraiga

Turn utility bills into an Excel sheet

Bills come as paper, PDFs, and photos, which makes tracking what you spend over time hard. One row per bill fixes that. Upload the bills, name the columns, check the cells Extraiga marks, and export a sheet. It works the same way as [invoices to Excel](/invoices-to-excel).

You name the fields, so it works for electric, water, gas, internet, or any other bill.

How it works

  1. Upload bills as PDFs, images, or TIFFs (up to 20 MB each). Add a batch when you are ready.
  2. Name your fields. Examples: Provider, Billing period, Due date, Amount due. Each field is a column. Each file is one row.
  3. Check Needs review, then export. Review highlighted cells against the original bill, then export to Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets.

Once the bills are in a sheet, you can sort by date, compare months, or share it with a co-tenant or accountant.

  • Landlords and property managers — Keep one sheet of bills across properties.
  • Small offices — Track what you pay for each service month to month.
  • Households — Put a year of bills in one place.
