Turn invoices into Google Sheets rows

Invoices arrive as PDFs in email, scans, and photos. When you want them in a Google Sheet you can share with a client or partner, retyping is the slow part. This is the Sheets version of [invoices to Excel](/invoices-to-excel): upload the files, name the columns, check the doubtful cells, and export to Google Sheets.

How it works

  1. Upload invoice PDFs, images, or TIFFs (up to 20 MB each). Batch several at once.
  2. Name your fields. Examples: Vendor, Invoice date, Invoice number, Amount. Each field is a column. Each file is one row.
  3. Check Needs review, then export. Review highlighted cells against the original invoice, then export to Google Sheets.

Typed invoices, scans, and photos all work. You name the fields, so there's no fixed invoice template. Excel and CSV exports are there too.

Use cases

  • Payables tracking — Build a vendor / date / amount sheet from the files you already have.
  • Bookkeepers — Batch client invoice stacks before month-end.
  • Freelancers — Keep your own invoices or bills in one sheet you can share.
  • Virtual assistants — Turn PDF and scanned invoices into columns a client can open in Sheets.
