Turn handwritten receipts into an Excel sheet
Market stalls, small shops, and taxi drivers often still write receipts by hand. If you keep a stack of them, you can turn them into rows. This page is about handwritten ones. For printed receipts, see [receipts to Excel](/receipts-to-excel).
Extraiga works with handwritten and typed pages, including scans and photos. You name the fields, check the cells it marks, and export a sheet.
How it works
- Upload photos or scans of your handwritten receipts as images, PDF, or TIFF (up to 20 MB each). Add a stack in one go.
- Name your fields. Examples: Vendor, Date, Total, Notes. Each field becomes a column. Each file becomes one row.
- Check Needs review, then export. Handwriting varies, so check highlighted cells against the original receipt. Then export to Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets.
Extraiga is a website, so there's no app to install.
