Turn invoices into Excel rows
Vendor invoices often sit in email, scans, or a paper folder until someone retypes them. Extraiga lets you upload the pile, name the columns you need, check doubtful cells, and export a sheet you can use for books or payables.
How it works
- Upload invoice images, PDFs, or TIFFs (up to 20 MB each). Batch several at once.
- Name your fields. Examples: Vendor, Invoice date, Invoice number, Amount. Each field is a column. Each file is one row.
- Check Needs review, then export. Review highlighted cells, check anything that needs a second look against the original page, then export to Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets.
Extraiga works with typed invoices, scans and photos. You name the fields, so there's no fixed invoice template.
Use cases
- Small businesses — Move a month of vendor invoices into one spreadsheet without retyping every line.
- Bookkeepers and accountants — Batch client invoice stacks before monthly close.
- Virtual assistants — Turn scanned or photo invoices into columns your client can paste into their books.
- Payables tracking — Build a simple vendor / date / amount sheet from the files you already have.
