Turn receipts into an expense spreadsheet
Receipt piles are easy to ignore until expense time. Instead of typing each vendor, date, and total by hand, upload the files, name your fields, check highlighted cells, and export a sheet you can sort and share.
A clear photo or scan is enough to start. You still review the cells Extraiga marks for a second look, so the sheet you export is one you have checked.
How it works
- Upload receipt photos, PDFs, or TIFFs (up to 20 MB each). Add a batch when you are ready.
- Name your fields. Typical fields: Vendor, Date, Total, Category. Each field becomes a column. Each file becomes one row.
- Check Needs review, then export. Look over highlighted cells, check anything that needs it against the original page, then export to Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets.
Every kind of page works the same way. Extraiga is a website, so there's no app to install.
