Turn handwritten forms into an Excel sheet
Paper sign-up sheets, intake forms, and attendance lists pile up fast. Retyping every line into a spreadsheet takes hours and is easy to mess up. Extraiga is a website that turns those pages into rows you can check and export.
You do not need a layout template per form. You name the columns you care about, review the cells that need a second look, and download a sheet you can sort and share.
How it works
- Upload your forms as images, PDF, or TIFF (up to 20 MB each). Add a stack in one go.
- Name your fields. Type what you need — for example Name, Date, Phone, or Event. Each field becomes a column. Each file becomes one row.
- Check Needs review, then export. Highlighted cells need a quick look. Check anything that looks off against the original page, then export to Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets.
Use cases
- Event organizers — Digitize a stack of handwritten sign-up sheets into one guest list.
- Clinics and offices — Turn paper intake or registration forms into a spreadsheet for follow-up.
- Schools and programs — Convert attendance or enrollment forms into columns you can sort and filter.
- Surveys and research — Put clipboard survey responses into a dataset, one row per form.
