Extraiga

Turn paper surveys into an Excel dataset

Typing survey responses into a spreadsheet by hand is slow, and typos creep in. Extraiga turns each response form into one row: upload the pages, name a column for each question, check the cells it marks, and export. It works the same way as [handwritten forms to Excel](/handwritten-forms-to-excel).

Each form becomes one row, which is the shape you want for survey data. Once it is in Excel or Google Sheets, you can filter, sort, count, and chart.

How it works

  1. Upload your survey forms as images, PDF, or TIFF (up to 20 MB each). Add a stack in one go.
  2. Name your fields. Add one field per question, for example Respondent, Date, Q1 rating, Q2 rating, and Comments. Each field is a column. Each file is one row.
  3. Check Needs review, then export. Check highlighted cells against the original form, then export to Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets.

Free includes 10 pages a month, which is enough to test your form on a small sample before you run the full stack.

  • Event organizers — Turn feedback cards into one dataset.
