Turn filled PDF forms into one Excel sheet
A folder of filled-in forms should be one sheet. With Extraiga, each form becomes one row and each field you name becomes a column. Upload the PDFs, name the fields, check the cells it marks, and export. It works the same way as [invoices to Excel](/invoices-to-excel).
Scope: Extraiga works with filled-in forms, typed or scanned. It is not a converter for tables inside a PDF. Each file gives one row.
How it works
- Upload your PDFs, or images and TIFFs (up to 20 MB each). Add many at once.
- Name your fields. Examples: Name, Date, Email, Request type. Each field is a column. Each file is one row.
- Check Needs review, then export. Check highlighted cells against the original form, then export to Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets.
You do not need a layout template per form. Extraiga is a website, so there's no app to install.
Use cases
- Registrations — Put sign-up forms into one list.
- Applications — Turn a folder of filled applications into rows you can sort.
- Requests — Log submitted request forms in one sheet.
