Build an expense report from your receipts
Expense time usually means a pile of receipts and a blank template. Extraiga builds the sheet for your report: upload the receipts, name the columns you need, and get one list instead of retyping each one.
Extraiga makes the spreadsheet of your receipt data. You then paste it into your own expense template or file it the way your workplace asks. For single receipts and exports, see [receipts to Excel](/receipts-to-excel).
How it works
- Upload your receipts as photos, PDFs, or TIFFs (up to 20 MB each). Add the whole stack.
- Name your fields. Pick the columns your report needs, for example Date, Vendor, Category, and Total. Each field is a column. Each file is one row.
- Check Needs review, then export. Check highlighted cells against the original receipts, then export to Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets.
Tips: use clear photos or scans, upload one receipt per file (each file becomes one row), and keep the originals for your records.
Use cases
- Employees — Get a stack of work receipts into one sheet before you file.
- Freelancers and consultants — Build a vendor / date / total list for client reimbursement.
- Small business owners — Turn a month of receipts into a sheet your bookkeeper can use.
- Shared-expense teams — Collect everyone's receipts into one list.
Pricing

FAQ
- Does Extraiga make the expense report for me?
- Not the finished report. Extraiga builds the spreadsheet of your receipt data, one row per receipt. It does not format, submit, or approve an expense report. You paste or import the sheet into your own template.
- How many receipts can I upload at once?
- You can upload several at once as a batch, up to 20 MB per file. Free covers 10 pages a month and Starter covers 150 pages a month.
- Can I add my own columns like Project or Client?
- Yes. You type the field names, so you can add columns like Project or Client. Each field becomes a column.
