Turn receipts into Google Sheets rows
If your receipts end up in Google Sheets, typing each one in by hand is tedious. Extraiga reads the receipt, you check the cells it marks, and you export the result to Google Sheets. It is the Sheets version of [receipts to Excel](/receipts-to-excel).
Extraiga is a website, so there's no app to install. Open it in your browser, upload your receipts, and get one row per receipt.
How it works
- Upload receipt photos, PDFs, or TIFFs (up to 20 MB each). Add several at once.
- Name your fields. Typical fields: Vendor, Date, Total, Category. Each field becomes a column. Each file becomes one row.
- Check Needs review, then export. Highlighted cells need a quick look. Check them against the original receipt, then export to Google Sheets.
Google Sheets, Excel, and CSV exports are all available, so you can pick whichever fits how you work.

- Small business owners — Move a month of receipts into one shared sheet.
- Bookkeepers and VAs — Digitize client receipt stacks without retyping.
- Teams with shared expenses — Collect receipts into one list everyone can open.
