Turn packing slips and shipping documents into Excel rows
Shipping paperwork piles up in folders and inboxes. Extraiga helps you build a shipment log without retyping each page: upload the files, name the columns, check the cells it marks, and export. It works the same way as [invoices to Excel](/invoices-to-excel).
Each file becomes one row, so fields are header details such as order number, ship date, and carrier. Items on the slip do not get a row each.
How it works
- Upload packing slips, delivery notes, or manifests as scans, photos, PDFs, or TIFFs (up to 20 MB each). Batch several at once.
- Name your fields. Examples: Order number, Ship date, Carrier, Destination, Total packages. You pick the names. Each field is a column. Each file is one row.
- Check Needs review, then export. Review highlighted cells against the original page, then export to Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets.
Typed and handwritten delivery notes both work. Extraiga is a website, so there's no app to install.
Use cases
- Small warehouses — Log incoming and outgoing slips in one sheet.
- Ecommerce sellers — Keep a simple order / date / carrier list from your paperwork.
- Receiving desks — Record delivery notes as they arrive.
- Freight and logistics admins — Turn manifests into a log you can sort and filter.

FAQ
- Can I use scans of manifests and delivery notes?
- Yes. Extraiga works with scans, photos, PDFs, and TIFFs, typed or handwritten, up to 20 MB per file.
- Will every item on the slip get its own row?
- No. Each file becomes one row, and each field you name becomes a column. That makes it a good fit for header details like order number, date, and carrier, not for item-by-item lists.
- Can I export my shipment log to Excel or CSV?
- Yes. Exports are Excel, CSV, and Google Sheets.
