Extraiga — Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Extraiga at extraiga.com and related apps or pages we operate (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Extraiga.

2. The Service

Extraiga turns documents and pages into spreadsheet-ready data. Typical flow:

  1. Upload or capture a document/page (typed forms, receipts, scans, print, handwriting, and similar).
  2. Receive a Vision table.
  3. Review low-confidence (“iffy”) cells against the original.
  4. Export to Excel, CSV, table PDF, or Sheets.

Features, limits, and UI may change as we improve the product. We do not promise specific accuracy rates, turnaround SLAs, or that extraction will be error-free — always review important cells before relying on exports.

Soft tip may be available. Paid plans described below apply when Checkout is live.

3. Accounts

  • You may sign up with email/password or Google.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your place of residence, and at least 13 (or 16 where that is the local age of digital consent). See the Privacy Policy for children rules.
  • One person or organization per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security/abuse risk.

4. Free tier

  • The free tier includes 10 pages a month. No card needed. No ads.
  • Free limits may change; we will show current limits on the site.
  • Free-tier unused pages do not create a paid balance or entitlement beyond what the product UI shows.

5. Paid plans (when Checkout is live)

When Checkout / Subscribe is enabled:

  • Paid plans, prices, and included page allowances are as published on the site (we do not invent prices here).
  • A locked pricing ladder may launch later; until then, rely only on published plan pages.
  • Monthly overage: on every paid monthly plan, extra pages are $0.02 each, billed on the next invoice. The one-time Pack has no overage. Checkout shows this before you pay.
  • Unused pages do not roll over to the next period unless a published plan expressly says otherwise.
  • Soft tip, if offered, is separate from subscription Checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe (via Lopaso Holdings, LLC as applicable). You authorize charges for the plan and any overage you incur.
  • Taxes may apply based on your location.

For billing questions or issues after Checkout is live, contact support@extraiga.com. We do not promise refunds in these Terms; we may help case-by-case via support.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to process.
  • Use Extraiga for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass page limits, auth, billing, or security controls.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service in ways that harm us or other users.
  • Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Extraiga.
  • Use the Service if we have suspended or banned your account.

We may remove content, throttle use, or suspend accounts that violate this section.

7. Your content and our license

  • You own your uploads and the exports you create from them, subject to third-party rights in the source materials.
  • You grant Extraiga a limited license to host, process, display (for review), and transform your uploads solely to provide the Service (Vision table, iffy-cell review, exports) and to maintain/secure the product.
  • We do not claim ownership of your documents.
  • Feedback you send us may be used to improve Extraiga without obligation to you.

8. Retention of originals

Original uploaded documents are retained for 30 days, then deleted. Download or export anything you need before that window closes. Account and billing data retention is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties such as Firebase/Google Auth, Google Cloud (Vision and Gemini), and Stripe when payments are live. Their outages or policy changes may affect Extraiga. Your use of Google Sign-In or Stripe checkout is also subject to those providers’ terms.

10. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that extraction will be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before business, legal, or financial use.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXTRAIGA AND Lopaso Holdings, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50 if you used only the free tier.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Extraiga and Lopaso Holdings, LLC against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

  • You may stop using Extraiga at any time and may request account closure via support@extraiga.com.
  • We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.
  • Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change features, limits, pricing (when Checkout is live), or these Terms. We will post updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in-product or by email when appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. If you disagree, stop using the Service.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware, USA have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
